  • A written plan in 3 business days: your top 2–3 workflows, ranked, with before and after steps, the prompt, the check step, and estimated hours saved with the assumptions shown
  • A worked example of the top workflow on made-up data
  • A 15-minute follow-up call within 7 days
  • A fixed-price quote to build it, if you want one

Fee is credited toward Setup if you book within 30 days. If the plan isn't useful, tell us within 7 days and we refund the fee.

Straight talk. BridgeThink is new. We have no case studies yet, so the first assessments are priced to be an easy yes, and everything is in writing. Examples on this site are made up. We don't use your confidential data, and we don't promise results we can't measure.

Who is it for?

Small businesses of 1–50 people: office managers and admins, solo service owners, and construction contractor owners. If you already use ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude like a search bar, this is for you.

What kinds of workflows?

Quotes and estimates, customer emails and follow-ups, meeting recaps and task lists, scheduling, invoice reminders, and checking AI vendor pitches before you buy.

Do I need new software?

No. We start with what you already pay for. BridgeThink doesn't resell software and takes no commissions.

What about my private data?

Don't send confidential client, patient, financial or HR data. We work from redacted or made-up samples.

Are the hours-saved numbers guaranteed?

No. They are estimates based on what you tell us, and the plan shows the assumptions. AI can be wrong, so every workflow includes a step where a person checks the result before it is sent.

Why should I trust a new company?

You shouldn't have to take our word for it. That's why the assessment is small, fixed-price and refundable, and why you see a worked example before you decide. BridgeThink is new and has no client results to show yet. We won't invent any.
