What we collect
Only what you type into our survey:
- Your answers to the multiple-choice questions
- Any feedback you write (optional)
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it
- Which page you came from (for example, the office managers page) and the date
If you email [email protected], for example to book an assessment, we use what you send only to reply and to run the work you asked for.
We don't store your IP address, and we don't use tracking cookies, ads or analytics scripts. Downloading a playbook doesn't require any details.
Why
To decide which playbook to build next, and to see whether Playbook 01 works. If you give your email, we use it once to tell you when the next playbook is ready. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Where it's stored
Survey responses are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Only the BridgeThink team can read them.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or anyone else.
Deleting your information
Email [email protected] from the address you gave us, or tell us roughly when you answered, and we'll delete your response.
Please don't share sensitive details
Don't put client, patient, employee or other confidential information in the feedback box.
